I'd have to go with Team 2, Itachi and Kabuto, but it would be increadibly close. I think it would come down to Kabuto knowing so much about Orocimaru's abilities and Itachi knowing Sasuke's

Sasuke has ems. Itachi is pnly even right now because he's immortal with infinate chakra due to edo tensei. This is healthy, but alive Itachi.

Kabuto is stronger than Oro in terms of power, however, Orochimaru taught Sasuke mosst of his moves that Kabuto has learned. Of course Orochimaru knows Kabuto's jutsu's weaknesses (due to it being his jutsu originally).

Also, we haven't seen Kabuto use the hydra technique yet, so we don't know if he has it yet (or even knows about it).

Orochimaru wouldn't let Kabuto know all his jutsu.
