Orochimaru?, and sasuke and madara?

what did sasuke mean How is it even possible to meet with orochimaru he was sealed by itachi's sussano which has the sword of totsuka. which i thought was the end of story for him.
But then sasuke said he was going to speak with him.

Also judging by the flash backs that sasuke had will he attempt to kill Madara uchia to protect the uchia name?, As shishui said to Itachi about protecting the uchia name?

Itachi's sharingan is under Sasuke's control now. I assume he has access to all his powers including his sussano's weapons. I think Sasuke is going to simply reverse the seal done by Itachi's susanno. The manga never said it was impossible to reverse a seal. In fact, Kurama's seal was undone and resealed, i see no reason why Sasuke wouldn't be able to do something similar with Orochimaru.
