It comes down to how well Minato and Tobirama perform, honestly. They will be the ones directing the fight with FTG, setting everything up and teleporting away both of their respective sannin.

I'd favor team one as Tobirama may have the more impressive reaction time, Minato trumps him in versatility (At least, initial versatility,) and with having Space time Barriers. The sound Genjutsu is blown back with fuuton and not a large factor, just mentioning it before someone says it's GG.
