well lets see.....kisame and oro are a close match but itachi takes kabuto and oro both 1v1.....I do believe kabuto to be superior to oro quite frankly so mathematically, and Im not saying Naruto can be judged in such terms but if mathematically:

kisame=5
oro=5
kabuto=6
itachi=7

although itachi could debatably be 6 equal to kabuto just more likely to win.

so by this math and the outcome of such battles as itachi&sasuke vs kabuto and oro admitting he cant beat itachi and there few scrapes.......itachi and kisame win. BUT honesly when it comes to teamwork kabuto and orochimaru can much better compliment each other and separately have waaaay more intel on itachi and kisame so collectively they are that much more dangerous for the akatsuke pair.

I say Orochimaru and Kabuto win, I don't feel like elaborating but I will if need be.

OP did not mention the intel , either way Oro would still be here and would stomp them low diff.
I just realised he now restricted ET . Well , it could go both way but more on snakes favours than not.
