OT: Assuming by Sharingan being restricted we also mean Itachi's Susanoo then Orochimaru takes this low dif. Itachi without the eyes just isn't good.

I think itachi can only beat Orochimru if he had the totsuka blade in susanoo form. Hes eight headed hydra is super underrated. tsukuyomi is a problem but Orochimru is smart enough to counter it. Amaterasu could work but Orochimru is a snake and could outlast him.

Orochimaru was willing to fight itachi in susanoo and i think he would of won if not for the hax totsuka blade.
The fight could go both ways really.
