Orochumaru:The Ambition & The Desire.
Many have felt displeased with his actions as of late.
And i am here to prove that ochimaru's choices have stayed faithful to his character.
Orchimaru from the start of the series has been depicted as Ruthless,Terrifying and Selfish.
He is also a geinus.His Ambition and Desires like everyone else motivate and drive him to do what he does.His desire is to learn everything there is to know and master all ninjustu.
To do this orchimaru needs to be immortal to continue on living so he can fufill his true dream.
Also know that other antagonist in this series have dreams and plans on their own.
Now take a deep breathe and think a few things over.
Who out of all the villains have seen most of their goals come to fruition.
I will tell you.Orochimaru.
Through his albiet selfish acts and manipulating ways and through his sherr intellect orchimaru has come closer and still is closer to his goal.He has a multitude of ninjustu under his belt.In this vast repitoire of techniques Kinjustu,Summominings,Snake themed ninjustu.Has trained with the sanke sageand achied sage status developed the curse mark,obtained a means of immortality.
What villain do you know has sucessfully gained what he wanted ?
Now some say he isn't himself since being revived.Now everyone must understand he knows and experiences whatever kabuto knows and experienced while inside him.
Now since we all know orochimaru is of one the brigtest in the series how can somone expect orochimaru to not gain any insight from being trapped in izanami ?
He is evil not an idiot.
He is diobolical not dense.
His pride has never been an issue so for him the one who even planned for the war that he wasn't even around to see start,the guy who carefully studies things for a living is suppose to not think twice about what has got him where he was at that point ?
Oro never never wanted to command the entire world.He is stoo self absorbant to give two shits about other people to even bother and try to concot a plan like ifnite tsukuyomi.Now if your oro and your whole life was to obtain immortaility and to learn all the secrets of the world and you get sealed for god knows how long and then get hit with izanami your bound to reflect on your life and what you want out of it.
Orochimaru as evil as he is still has a concious he just ignores it.
Knowing sasuke personally he can objectively see that he has chosen to not give into his lust for revenge.Orchimaru might be wondering what kind of legacy he ultimately wants to leave behind and what he truly wants from this world.And to do that it needs to be intact and not in a drunken genjustu haze.
So what is he to do ? Well the only thing i can see him doing is goign to stop this threat.Because it affects him as well.
