orochimaru is the one that comes closest to power uchiha, without having sharingan

Oh I understand what you're saying. Orochimaru performed the same feat Sasuke did; using Genjutsu to look into Naruto, or locate the Kyuubi. Something like that.

That's one of his specialties sadly, is other dimension is Genjutsu related, in the data books he has a 4.5 in Genjutsu which makes his defeat even more sad.
