orochimaru did summon first and second hokage, placed fuda in their heads due completely controlling them to his will little later
bringer of darkness jutsu was used, so can we say orochimaru used it.. GDON says Once the caster of edo tensei summon's an edo and the edo uses a technique it doesn't make it the edo casters tech, The bringer of darkness was the 1st hokages technique not oro's...
- and therefore my conclusion is ridiculous and mine was this simply cut opinions in half so let's see some evidence back me up

numerous time's kabuto has referred his edo summonings as his pawns or cards he can take full controll and use summoned
person techniques freely like we saw with sandaime raikage, so in a way one could say that orochimaru
did have bringer of darkness genjutsu at his disposal
this is much matter of opinion not wrong coz let's speak about pawns and what and where is the line
becouse one's free will is taken by caster of the jutsu he can say techniques is used through him since original person is dead
so in no way this is same than example tobi leader of the akatsuki do have sasori's puppet master technique or hokage kakashi's chidori
