Orochimaru defeats Kakuzu mid difficulty himself
Garra vs Deidara could really go either way.
Kakuzu is the weak link here. The moment he decides to divide his hearts he'll be pawned. He raiton release is countered by Orochimaru's release considering its range etc.
Honstely Manda II would be able to hold him off itself.
Orochimaru will need to be an added distraction in order for things to go in Garra's favor against Deidara.

Gaara's sand in the beginning of part 2 stopped C3 and current Gaara's sand can even tag the reanimated kage's and tag/react to Madara and even blocked Amaterasu

If we put Kakuzu vs Orochimaru, Kakuzu absolutely turns him to dust. He doesn't need to divide hearts and use hand-to-hand and can counter his Fūton with Katon. He has Fūton blast that covers an absolute wide range.
Kakuzu can co-operate with Deidara via C3 and target them at them with Fūton. He can ensure Deidara's safety with Raiton and Deidara can blast Orochimaru with C2. Deidara can force Orochimaru to battle upground with land mines, giving a mini-bird to Kakuzu if Gaara decides air-combat.
Deidara still beats Gaara, he has shown even more devastative feats. Deidara > Gaara.
Orochimaru has no destructive feats, he can only tank with immortality. Not to mention, Manda II is Kabuto's you have no proof he can use it.
