How does Gaara have speed feats equal to even Kakashi, when Lee blitxed him not to mention Sasuke, who were a lot slower than Kakashi?

Not saying it is definitely as fast Kirin, however saying that it can be easily intercepted is false if not even intercepted.

The only sole reason why Kakashi did so was because Raikiri makes a person faster, as I have previously posted and stated in manga. The reason why it was a failure jutsu was because of the immense speed it produces, hence why he needed Sharingan. When Kakashi actually blitzed Kakuzu with Raikiri with no notice, not to mention Zabuza was because of that.

Gaara cannot evade it, nor intercept.​

So, you cannot determine Kakashi had Raikiri already active as it was not shown. Kakashi's speed and precog could of been the answer, but yours is merely assumption.

What I meant by kakashi being capable of intercepting before the raiton made impact was just me simply saying gaara has the means to evade it, shikamaru and choji didn't because their techniques don't have the quality evasive feats such as gaara's. You keep on saying that Gaara's Suna destroys Kakuzu's hearts easily, however, you don't take Kakuzu's counters into consideration;

Kakuzu won't fire off a Katon when he's just fired off a Raiton, it would disturb the attack. Not to mention, the Fuuton is merely to counter the Raiton. No it won't. Raiton and Katon can be used at the same time as Sasuke did previously. Saying that it won't because it disturbs looks like you're afraid of the attack since it can't be countered.

Deidara > Orochimaru, due to C3 and bombing. Orochimaru has shown no sensing feats. although has cells, but Obito has them too. It still means nothing.

Kakuzu + Deidara > Gaara + Orochimaru.
