The only time when Itachi had the crow was when the cooldown for Koto still had X amount of time left, ranging from what could of been days to weeks. Afterwards when the crow perched on him as an Edo, if you wanna count that as Itachi having it, Koto was already spent. No form of Itachi has a viable Koto.

OT: Entirely depends if Orochimaru's Edo Tensei are willing to cooperate, if they are, then he likely wins.

Ok I think akatsuki wins this because While Konan and Deidara supports with sky attacks and set trap Itachi alone takes out either Orochimaru. While maybe sasori, Hidan and kakuzu. Obito is a wild card and Kisame is the main assaulter of the person itachi is not fighting... There is no way in my opinion that those two can take so many Ninja's on from the akatsuki....

Depends on the distance. He won't even have time to use ET. Danzo can only do one at a time as well IIRC, so they get beaten pretty badly.
