Remember when Hiruzen sealed Orochimaru's arms; and Orochimaru went to Tsuande to get them healed, but she was like, "nope". Then he went through all that pain, waiting for Sasuke-kun's body and in the end he had to get a new body which meant he couldn't have Sasuke-kun's body at that time. All because of who?

Orochimaru has no reason not to help her... Tho it would be epic if he now kills her than uses Edo tensei on her. Orochimaru will have the full set of the Edo Hokages =D
