I doubt orochimaru will just get up become a high classed member of the leaf or if it would even be allowed for the things he's done. I mean he's a snake that will need a new body every 3 years or sooner if it's weak. Other than that it's obvious even if he's good he isn't going to abandon the research he wasted his life on. i mean common. Eventually if he stays kids will start dissapearing, people will and so on. Orochimaru should just be sent back to the sound village, mess things up there and spare the leaf, probably even there he will continue to do something abnormal.

a normal nice orochimaru isnt orochimaru, he will remain a snake which means he must be discarded, i doubt after naruto, sasuke and the others die out that udon and konahamaru will be able to take him on.​

change is the law of the nature and one must accept that
again thinking of the orichimaru if he had not changed then he would have taken kabuto's chakra after he was revived and then agin had attacked and venged his death against saske but he did not do that fr the sake of the world he gone to the side of the leaf again he was not a bad guy from start so not to blame him for all the happenings it was the situationds that let him to that conclusion
