to make the snakes to appear he has to summon them i think, so that would count like a jutsu, oral rebirth, bleh, if you are that injuried and you're like, laying on the ground, without moving and use it, by the time you are getting out of yourself you're dead again O_O. Stretching neck.. nothing special, manda.. i never use summons, and manda is just like gamabunta, but only in size, becasue she/he can't even use a jutsu.

The only good thing is like Kusanagi.
