I dont think so. His soul was sealed inside the sword just because Kabuto reclaimed Orochimarus idea of immortality through white snakes doesn't mean he hasn't been sealed.

I see what you mean, and yes I think if Oros genes/DNA keeps dominating and taking over kabuto's body then Oro would definitely return. BUT the original Oro was sealed by Itachi. It's like cloning IMO, we'll eventually see in the manga.

Well I figure Kabuto wants Sasuke to unlock the secrets behind the sharingan and rinnegan. If I were Kabuto I would say F Oro and claim it for myself. So that's what I am thinking. Plus since he pretty much is just like Oro but better IMO he may just want Sasuke to take over his body like Oro would have.

Only one was shown to have been burnt, the others we don't know.

But I don't think Kishi intended for us to notice this, because if oro comes back, it will be through Kabuto, not through one of these two leftover snakes.
