Oro helped the kage a couple chapters ago and now that the alliance is saved, the fight with obito is about to start again.

Oro will be needed and its a chance that Oro has sage mode from kabuto now.

Armless and sick Oro BEAT Sasuke 0 diff. He could've killed him 1000 times after he had paralysed him.
He just couldn't take over his body in his state.
