EDIT: wow, I really can't believe how badly you want Oro to be relevant to this manga, so you give him Dragon Sage Mode when clearly Kabuto surpassed him once he stated Oro couldn't. Oro was a terrible character. In the words of Sasuke, before the eyes of an uchiha, Oro poses no more of a threat than the world's smartest cockroach. Before the eyes of the rinnegan he must pose no more of a threat than the world's smartest dust bunny. GTFO of here. He didn't even have the body to do something Kabuto was able to do. Orochimaru was a fail and will never be relevant to the story again (unless kishi decides otherwise).
