Pretty much madara before he died (but still young) so he has ems but no rinnegan.:snick:

I think 7 times out of 10 Madara wins very high diff, but oro would always take him to the limit and have sumthing sneaky for him

Orochimaru would still lose. He cant Hashirama nor Tobirama. He will have trouble controlling Minato due to kyuubi chakra. He cant utilize them properly and cant use them to even half of their power as proven against Hiruzen.

Madara wins low to mid diff. He can just genjutsu Orochimaru just like Itachi.
