kabuto with or without edo tensei. kabuto is much stronger and oro still doesn't have sm
why kabtuo would win if there no et restrictions? madara, nagato, itachi would wreck the edo hokages madara would 1v1 hashi itachi would 1v1 minato and nagato would invade the others twos butt. not to mention all the other edos kabuto has.

Orochimaru

Kabuto was only able to use so many edo tensei because of orochimaru's stated powerful potent chakra.
oROCHIMARU used his senjustu chakra to make curse marks because his body was damaged an thus unable to utilize sage mode.
kabuto displayed a glimpse of what orochimaru isnow able to do thanks to obtaining a modfied zetsu body which is comprised of hashi dna (immense psychical energy) excluding the sound 5 and taka dna

now kabuto's dna taken from karin and suigetsu give him resistance to damage and psychical attacks which orochimaru already had immunity to due already being virtually invincible in the first place.

though his overall immunity to attacks in general surpasses oros now and his ability to intake energy makes his overall endurance higher.

However,orochimaru WITH EXCEPTION to the unique abilities brought on by the dna of certain individuals orochimaru's sage mode for a time would be more powerful.

Remember with oro back kabuto's reserves are down so he might last longer but his edo army is reduced and attacks are less potent
