pfff oro of course.
takes no time at all evolving to hydra mode, whilst jiraiya has to have time to go sage mode...and tsunade would NOT be much of a distraction...the problem would be that damned katsyu...always healing and mess...but even still...if it's a lasting battle, then yeah, oro would win
