I don't get your point.
Many people posses jutsu another person is capable of using as well.
And besides that, orochimaru's rashomon was completely useless compared to Hashirama's.
If you're thinking you can make Orochimaru look good like this, he is'nt. Most Jounin can destroy him by now.

no it wasn't, Naruto's TTB couldn't make a scratch on him because of it
