Yep, Oro still is in control here, he holds all the cards could he could call of Edo Tensei and f*ck over everyone since he has his arms back. Or he could make everyone do what he wants while everyone's down and take over Sasuke's body! I think that might happen.

I love the way Oro was nagging about the fact that third hokage chose Minato over him looool that was so cool. But definitely I knew Oro was gonna be good the moment some people surpassed him as a villain like Obito, Madara, Kabuto (may be), and Even Sasuke killing him implied that he is under Sasuke. However, he might just be using this as a diversion to take Sasuke's body when the time comes... hence we might still have the opportunity to see Naruto Vs. Sasuke part 2
