The only logical thing for kishi to do is to make orochimaro the main villian, if not then atleast sasuke.

Madara- concerns himself too much with hashi, he's a badass, but when the mere mention of hashi's name comes up, he turns into a little *****

Obito- lame is lame, he lost it when rin died, and whether he twist reasons or not, the reason why a guy with a high positive energy turned to demmented dude was because a girl who dint even remotely like him died

Sasuke- one reason and one reason only, his love for his brother, itachi's real reason of death pisses him off, and nothing else in the world matters to him except revenge, call him emo or not, thats a true villain behaviour, lets analyse shall we

Attacks the kages
Kills danzo
Attempts to kill former team mate, sakura and rin
Couldn't really give two shits about people who love him
Loves no one
And now probably just pretending

All this just to revenge

he has all the tools to be the main villian

And then my main pick, oro
This guys credentials speak for themselves
attacks his own village
Betrays the most badass organization in the ninja world and gets away with it
Kills his sensei
Manipulates his comrade
Uses his comrades
Killed the kazekage
Loves no one
Built his own village, with his own army
Uses little kids, women, heck even babies for inhumane experiments
Scares the crap outa my little bro
And now probably has a plan in mind
Is immortal
fought the death god itself

kishi just give this role to him, main villain, oro ftw

Anyway, Obito has affected the plot on a larger scale than Oro, so he deserves to be the main villain.

Obito spurred the formation of Akatsuki, which makes up most of the plot of Part 2.

reformed the Ten-Tails, put the entire world in peril, and is now it's Jinchuriki. Oro couldn't even steal Hebi Sasuke's body.

Oro had the sound village, but Obito had Kiri. He manipulated the village into killing its own children and plunged it into violence.

Now, here's why he truly deserves the main antagonist role: He caused the death of the main protagonist's parents.

Obito didn't turn evil over rin jeezbes He turn evil because his Ninja way fell right before his eyes, his goal is create PEACE, that's motives, heck in 606 he tells madara he wants a world of peace and hope.

Orochimaru dont have the body to be a villain, while all that his cool, he said it himself he is going where the whirlwind takes him back in part 1 and up to Part 2 with tsunade telling her again
