Kabuto absorbed some of Oro, correct? Then Kabuto learned the Dragon Sage Mode. Since Oro was apart of Kabuto is it possible for Oro to now have DSM?

I think Orochimaru still needs a health-ier body before being able to use DSM.

You are indeed swaying into the right direction when trying to imply this theory.. However there is something you're missing which is quite crucial, and indeed contradicts your statement in the least..

Orochimaru cannot perform Sage Mode, and why is this? Because his body is to feeble for such an extensive craving technique such as Sage Mode.​

Well it may still be possible for him to have the ability but maybe he requires a new body to use it. Just a theory though.

He knows how to he just doesn't have all chakra or a proper host body.He was forced to switch bodies and his current one is not strong enough.Its all itachis doing.We might never get to see how powerful orochimaru truly was until he gets all his chakra back.Kabuto in dragon sage mode showcased what oro is truly capable of.Excluding the dna of the sound 5 of course.The dna of suigetsu and kirin make him immune to psychical attacks.This was do him kabuto being able to liquify his body and the constant healing regeneration.Orochimaru without sage mode was already virtually invincible.Ans since his chakra was noted to be particularly strong in nature we can assume his capacity to draw in chakra will be enormous.
