Hidan and Kakuzu take this. If Kakuzu was able to fight Hashirama and survive w/o earth grudge fear and multiple hearts, pre-Oro death Kabuto is fodder for him. From what we saw of orochimaru from his fight with hiruzen, without edo tensei he really isn't that dangerous.
