Oro+Kabuto+Tobi suspicion... Have YOU thought this too?

So this idea came to me from a reply I had made in another topic; it started out "Oro summons First Hokage, gonna be a good fight
Shame that Oro's Edo isn't capable of freewill, as we'd see an EPIC First Hokage battle... We ONLY seen the First Hokage under control (restrained; only able to use what Oro knew of him)."

Now, had Oro brain washed the First after summoning (pre-battle, and then told him the that the 4th was a clone with all his memories/abilities) then we'd had seen a full-blown First as if he was in his prime; without limitation that was Oro.

Personally I'd like to see an Edo Kabuto in sage mode... There is always a chance Oro will come back; kill Kabuto > Edo Kabuto > make Kabuto edo (let's say Danzo for example lol), and yeah, and Edo using Edo... Just for elfin let's amuse this idea...

On another note, there's a chance Kabuto could have tried to Edo up some Oro already, and posiablly failed; thus proving Oro's STILL ALIVE, I mean, if Oro was dead, then he'd have summoned him by now.

Also, if Kabuto summoned the Second Hokahe then could he have also not been able to have the second used Edo on ORO himself (assuming ORO somehow knew Jutsu/seal/ability so that said Edo Second Hokage Edo's ORO (No-one knows how many Jutsu's ORO has, so it stands to reason if anything).

Input ? Counter argument ? Agreeances ?

So, Tobi could be a candidate for Edo; I was surprised that Tobi didn't catch onto this fact when he first summoned those Edo members... One would think if he could do that; thenthe chances of Kabuto doing that to Tobi himself would be likely... Smart thing would be to fight it out with Kabuto; testing his ability to be considered a candidate to join Tobi's side... The more elaborate alternative at least. (Considering attempting to kill Kabuto outright would have not been likely as Sage mode for one; Madara for second lol.)

If Kabuto did try and fail to summon him, that would more likely be because Orochimaru was sealed inside the Totsuka Blade for eternity.

Thats true, he was sealed but what you are forgetting is that Kabuto had control of itachi PRIOR to itachi breaking free. Kabuto knows alot so it is possible for kabuto to have been able to unseal oro from the blade as itachi was a mindless edo

Also, maybe that idea of unsealing Itachi's sealed ORO would had been too ELABORATE for Kishi... But I hold him too higher stands than that... But maybe I shouldn't ? I've not watched Naruto religiously...

So, I was thinking: Currently Tobi is a possibility to become an Edo - if Tobi is not smart about things... Assuming he does end up dying - then Kabuto (or ORO for the matter if ya follow my theory) could make Tobi a candidate for becoming an Edo; this would put him on par as Madara--just about. (Time in war is scarce; thud making time for experimenting on Tobi's corpse unlikely to be added DNA too).
