il make it as short as i can so please read all of it , we all know that oro is involved somehow in all of this, oro is the twisted scientist of the series and has more than one experiment that involves hashirama's genes :

- yamoto
- danzo's arm

so what am saying is, madara doesn't seem like the scientist type .... so could zetsu be another oro experiment (he looks like something made of hashi's cells a PLANT) ?? also how did oro get access to hashi's cells when hashi's body was kept in the (madara and obito) hideout ?? or maybe am going too far its just a thought .... xd

I seriously doubt they would have Hashiramas body, but it's not unlikely. The main question regarding Oro would be, how he obtained Hashiramas DNA in the first place, since that could possebly answer, how much relations to Madara and Obito he had.
We know he joined akatsuki to spy on them, and that he planted Kabuto as a double spy, but all this was after he experimented on Yamato and others.
Also Akatsuki was created during the 3rd great war, it's hard to tell what Orochimaru did for akatsuki during this time, but one might guess he was influenced with Kumogakure or Iwagakure as Konohas main enemies. It's also likely he was creating the sound village during the war time.

It's simple. Kakashi was 26 in part one, and Orochimaru was a fricken' 51 year old man. The incident with Obito happened when Kakashi was 13 so this means Orochimaru was 38 at that point in time. So yeah, Orochimaru had plenty of time to come up with all this crazy shit as he was alive long before the crippled Madara we see in chapter 602.

i think that oro met with madara before what happened to obito .... like i said its just a theory and its not perfect but it is possible so oro could have created zetsu for madara (so madara can live longer) to have access to hashi's DNA

But I think Zetsu is not the (only) bond between Madara/Tobi and Oro.
