It was stated that you need body of an uchiha to utilize sharingan to its perfection I believe thats why he was after Sasuke/Itachi simple implanted sharingan doesnt do much.

This is a fight between 2 ppl when they fight with their toe's, the goal for this fight is that who can grab his opponent's toe with his toe and keep it suppressed, one who successfully grabs his opponent's toe and keeps it suppressed wins the match. xd

Here we are talking about Orochimaru and Madara, Oro will lose this fight because Madara's Susanoo's toe is way bigger then his, so he wont be able to grab his toe.

There are indeed two different things, but in Itachi's case.. Orochimaru/Nagato and everyone else he might have sealed in the past are simply dead people physically and spiritually because itachi is also dead and Susanoo is within itachi's technique, with that being said.

Now, you'd say that the 1st Hokage/2nd/3rd/4rth and all the other Shinobi's sealed are not dead just because they are sealed? do you even know what "sealed" even means in Naruto? in fact it's worse than dying in a normal way, cause if you died normally in Naruto there is a chance you'd be revived again by Edo Tensei, while if you are sealed you will be dead physically and spiritually which means you will NEVER be brought back to life again, I didn't insult anyone, I was saying "****ing.." as linked word to something else, I didn't say "**** you" to someone.. you probably live somewhere on the highest mountain on the earth if you thought that was an insult.

Sealing in Itachi's case means death, and I explained why on my previous posts, I'm entitled to my own opinion so if you don't like it then with all due respect just leave, and sealing tailed beasts is a totally different thing cause tailed beasts can't die, so go take your pick.

Three points.

1) You seem to be comparing the dead demon consuming seal with itachi's totsuka. While they are both sealing techniques, they work entirely differently. Dead demon consuming seal rips the soul out of the body itself, thus killing the body and sealing the soul. So in the case of the dead demon consuming seal it does, in fact, both seal and kill the victim. The sword of totsuka works differently. Upon piecing the victim, it seals their body into a jar. Thus, the body, with soul fully intact, is sealed. Now depending on where the body was wounded by the sword may determine whether or not the sealed person is alive or dead. However, since Oro was laughing, I doubt it was a fatal wound.

2) You said since Itachi died, those sealed by his totsuka must also be dead. Just because Itachi died doesn't necessarily mean totsuka and yata are gone. We know that totsuka and yata mirror are legendary treasures. Who knows how they are actually obtained. It is conceivable that whomever has Itachi's corpse may be able to take them. Itachi may also have transferred them to Sasuke for all we know (they starred each other in the eye/eyes before death). Also, how do we know the person who controls totsuka can't simply empty the jar of sealed people? There just isn't enough evidence to say whomever is sealed by totsuka is also dead now.

3) As far as the insulting. I was referring to when you said "You people are making me sick." That is an insult no matter what mountain, valley, or plain you live on.
