Oro cannot use kabuto's powers

I keep reading that oro can use kabuto's powers because he took kabuto's chakra, this is not true. He only took back his own chackra and what kabuto implanted on himself. Oro could not have taken kabuto's sage chakra which is natural energy because oro did not go through sage training and would turn to stone... well my point is, oro cannot use kabuto's powers.
also, do you guys think kabuto can still go back to sage mode without oro's chakra/dna because it could have helped him with the sage training??

I think he's back to his old self now. When Oro took his chakra back Kabuto didn't look like he had any scaled on him anymore. But I don't know what he's gonna do about that snake sticking out of his belly.

Firstly they are Orochimaru's powers not Kabuto's.
Another thing Kabuto just trained well and he has a big time for training. Orochimaru didn't achive this "Perfect Sannin Mode" due to His arms sealed, he doesnt have perfect/suitable vessel for it. He already has SM but it's imperfect (True White Snake Form), he has senjitsu too as he said. For Kabuto he can not use because of he can not absorb Nature Chakra without Juugo's DNA/abilities. He's just a Jounin Level Shinobi in his best not much. With True vessel Orochimaru is able to use DSM for now not.

yes but oro obtained his powers through jugo and kabuto through training with the snakes ... Before his fight with itachi and sasuke he explained that he found mount wherever the snakes come from and trained under the teachings of the snake sage , my question was that if he went through the training wouldn't he still be able to use sage mode or were or/jugo's cells helping him through that too??

Kabuto said, Orochimaru can not obtain/complete that " perfect sage mode " due to 3rd Hokage's sealing jutsu. He can not use his arms. + His immortality has weakness too like " all jutsus have a weakness " He needs to Sasuke or at least Kimimaro's or maaybe Juugo's body. But he doesnt have any time for this, he just cares about his arms, and try to cure himself. About Kabuto, he was missing and has plenty of time. and i am not underestimating what kabuto accomplish but He's nothing without any Orochimaru's power up. All of them, so for regular Kabuto can not use Senjitsu. Due to DSM is different from Toad Sage Mode. At least there are no MA&PA for absorbing Nature Chakra for him.
