Yeah they don't know tobi is obito because Orochimaru keeps calling obito tobi in this chapter, its kinda good sinceKishi actually remembered that they dont know tobi is obito or kishi wouldve been making mistakes.

Kabuto knew, he most likely go this info from Orochimaru who studied everyone in the organization. Thus, why Tobi cursed his name in the process

And

If he didnt know prior to being brought back, he knows now as all the info Kabuto had is now known by Orochimaru as stated in the latest chapter.

If Oro absorb anything from kabuto's knowledge it would be impossible of not knowing Tobi is Obito
