Don't you remember? Oro is the original bad guy in the series. And think about it, what if the final fight...Naruto and Sasuke fight and Sasuke dying isn't what ends it, but him being sealed. An emotional thing like with itachi being sealed.

Why would he do that when the whole reason he went through the trouble of getting Sasuke on his side through talk of power was to take his body.He needs a healthy body or else he would of just taken kimimaro's body. So what good would a dead body do him?
