Original or Shippuden?

I think my message is clear. Which do you think is better? Not sure if there could be spoilers, but I myself have not gona past the Hidan and Kakuzu arc so please don't spoil.

In my opinion, Shippuden has better Intro themes more often which gets me pumped. I mean, both have amazing intro themes but Shippuden has better ones.

The Akatsuki are compelling villains and have a sense of mystery since you don't know who's in it for quite some time. Orochimaru was cool and all, but he's not that compelling of a villain...

Original had better background music, hands down.

Characters are better in Shippuden. My example is Sasori.

IMHO, best arc was Sasuke Retrieval arc.

I liked the original a lot better. I thought the story was better before it tried to get too deep for it's own good.
Fights were also way more fun in the first series. Rock Lee v. Garra. So raw.

the OP stuff like MS,EMS,rinnegan,bijuu,hashi's wood,kinda ruined the manga in part 2,its noo longer about tactics and body to body fights,it's about who has the most OP jutsu.

yes I do agree that the original was more fun and the story was less inconsistent. But even though that's true, I like the characters better in shippuden and how there are so many new changes. Plus the story gets darker and we see people like Nagato and sasori and more

I personally prefer part 1. The pacing is better and it has a larger amount of good arcs, it's consistent. The villains are better and you get all of the Konoha 11, whilst people like the Akatsuki and the Sound are left mysterious and therefore much more threatening.

The real annoying things that bug me about the show aren't even in part 1, that said- the biggest flaw in original naruto is naruto himself.

Part 1 was more stable in terms of plot and IMO powers (genjutsu in particular) but Part 2 has too many things going for it due to the amount of chapters it has. I actually think Part 2 had pretty good background music though, like Senya for instance (dunno if it ever appeared in P1)

power has nothing to do with how good a character is
but if you disagree go and watch Haruhi Suzumiya

I like Shippuden better,but Original was great too...It is more emotional than Shippuden,especially the arc when Sasuke leaves Konoha..

Sasori is hawt. I don't even know half the characters you listed. Who dafuq is Obito? I know Konan, but srsly who's Yahiko?
