Akatsuki has been killed by Konoha ninja the entire series.
I think the Raikage could easily kill a few of them by himself. So Akatsuki loses big time.

who knos mayb if they all was fightin 2gether pain can already probly take 2 nations and bring back the dead hidan already being undead in a way help i can kinda see it long as they dont leave themselfs in 2 mem groups

This fight is about quality and not quantity.
I can see hidan enjoying himself.
Sasori defeated a whole country with his puppets.
Tobi can just teleport ninja's into another dimension for fun.
Deidora is very vital in this fight because he can just bomb raid and if needed c4 will take out most of the village alliance.
Nagato is also vital, look at what his 6 paths do + 6 summons. Also if he summons the demonic statue of the oute path, it would just steal souls for fun, like what it did to hanzo and danzo that time they met.
Kakuzu could also have fun and split into 5 hearts.
Itachi could also have fun, although itachis fighting style is limited to 1 vs 1, although susanoo could prove vital and just seal souls with the totsuka sword.
Kisame could drown a host of the ninja's from the alliance with his suiton jutsu. He basically creates an ocean

It would be a sick fight and funny as hell with deidara comments about "art" , Hidan and Kisame going freak from killing hundred of shinobis.
Pain with his comments about the "pain" of the shinobis and that he is taking peace to the shinobi world by raping all of them.
Of course at the end all from akatsuki would be dead.
Or at one point of the battle white zetsu could replenish the chakra of everyone by stealing the chakra from the enemies with the white spores.
But who knows ^^ still it would be truely WAR not like right now in the manga,

akatsuki is very strong but if they were good enough to take on all 5 villages head on they would have done so and achieve their goals much easier but instead they were sneaky and carefully manipulated their enemies by using the fear each nation has of the other like iwa hiring akatsuki to fight kumo.

5 Great Nations from which era? Are Skilled Ninjas like Minato, White Fang or Previous Kages alive in this battle?
If it's current 5 Nations from Tsunade's Hokage Era, then Akatsuki would win it.
Pain could use Shinra Tensei to blow up the Villages, Deidara could spam explode C4s on the villages, Sasori would poison everyone, Kisame would make everyone drown, Itachi (If healthy) will make one giant Amaterasu to flame up everyone, Zetsu will eat corpses,
and Tobi could be untouchable and suck the most important Nation "Figures" like Raikage or Tsuchikage to his dimension.
