Behave, we ain't learning a new game, we picking levels from it and retrying them. Just gotta refresh your memory a bit on how to play is all.

So first off. Your bios:

1. The template has changed slightly a bit along with you being jounin rank now
2. You can mix kgs (such as sharingan/hyuuga etc) with advanced elements (steel, dark, crystal) or Hidden abilities (generally clans line nara, akamichi, hozuki).
3. Specialities are now lit. You can build you bio like a talent tree to specialize in one area to give you buffs.

1. Bio template
2. Combining abilities
3. Bio Specialties

That's a good place to start looking my friend

I think you meant Chuunin? But anyways This counts for CC bios too right? With my CC I can only either have one advanced element or one hidden ability? Sorry if this is a dumb question, been out for a while.

Alright so I just checked the combining Abilities... My Katsuryoku Bio has no KG if i'm not mistaken so does that mean I can either have

2 Advanced nin and Advanced Elements or, A mode and Advanced elements? Oh and whats the limit on AE's
You can't have two advanced elements in the same bio. Unless you are hiruko, Mei, kakuzu... etc

Ah Alright so
2 Advanced Nin and 1 Advanced Element or 1 Mode and 1 Advanced element
Coolio lets proceed
HAs can have one Advanced Ninjutsu and one Mode (any choice).

Advanced Elements can have one Advanced Ninjutsu and one Mode (excluding Sage Mode)

KGs can have one Advanced Ninjutsu and one Mode (excluding EIG)
Mangekyou and higher Doujutsu bios cannot have Sage Mode.

CCs can have one Advanced Ninjutsu OR one Mode. EIG can only be put on clan bios that don't use Natural energy.
Alternatively, if the user does not have a KG, KE, HA, or CC bio, he is able to have two Advanced Ninjutsu on one bio

KG + HA
KG + AE
AE + HA

Due to the nature of the Doujutsu themselves, one cannot pair any Mangekyo or Higher level Sharingan with a HA/AE, nor can Tenseigan.

See but thats my problem, because in my case the rule is I can either have 2 advanced nin or a mode. It doesn't say anything about an AE, whether if i can have one or not, the table doesn't have any ticks or crosses either, its just blank so technically I can have an AE or my CC bio right? Or can't I? If i can't then they should really put a cross there or something

In that quick access thread, scroll down, read it all. It explains all of it there. My last post i just copied and pasted the text from there.

You can ONLY have a Advanced ninjutsu OR a mode on a cc bio.

If it's blank in the table, it's not possible. if the is in the box it's possible

Go across the top of the table, and then looked down the column when you're reading it.

Ok, so tell me what you understand by the specialties? How man can you have? What combination etc.
So if I understood correctly, I can either have:
  • 1 primary speciality and 2 secondary
  • 2 primary and 1 secondary
  • 1 primary, a secondary and a unique
So basically the specialities allow us to perform techniques faster, with single hand signs or give us a boost of some sort (Defence, Attack, Range etc.) depending on what you choose to be a specialist in. Extra specialities like Fuuin or Medjutsu or Custom fighting stles are not included in the aforementioned list so technically you can have the regular 3 specialisations and whatever else is extra for you.

Indeed, but remember, your specialties have to related. So if you want to go Apex handseal special, which is used an element without handseals, you'd have to at least choose the primary for it first.

Say you want to go apex fire, do fire without handseals. You'd have to be primary fire specialist. Same with Genjutsu, you'd have to have a primary or secondary that is genjutsu to get the apex route, following a theme.

So how much do you know about the kumi system and the shop?
So from what I read you can obtain Kumi from:
  1. Official fights - Whereby if you win the battle against someone that has the same rank as you, you obtain 500 Kumi, minus 50 for each rank lesser than you and plus 50 for each rank higher than you. If you win by Time-limit you only get half of what you initially were supposed to.
  2. Missions - You get paid according to what rank the mission is, meaning S-Rank missions would award you the most Kumi
Other than that you can also buy abilities and characters and other stuff. That's basically it right?

My man, you aint just a pretty face it seems. You are correct on both points. S rank is 1500 kumi, though you need you get a general idea of the criteria. You can also do like custom missions, make up your own goals. But first stick to the cannon ones, get a feel for it. Even if you fail, they give you a full run down of why you fail, so you can improve. So like i failed before because i spent too much time on the setup rather than the element i was trying achieve, or my npc companion did more than my character in my story.

Indeed, look at the top right of the screen, can you see the "shop". click on that, it's legit a plug in that will do it all for you xd
