Orichimarus's Edo Tensei Better Than Kabutos

First off I want to state, that I believe the way Orochimaru used Edo Tensei is better then how Kabuto used it. I understand that Kabuto's has the potential to make for better soldiers with their memories and feelings still intact, which can cause his opponents emotional distress and mess with their heads if its someone they are close to, and another attribute Kabuto gives some of his ET summons is free will. That's where his biggest ET asset and drawback shows, by giving some of his edos free will, he posses a great risk on himself. Because now its shown Edo's who know the secrets behind Edo Tensei can break it, which can harm him in the end. Orochimarus even though his Edos made weaker soldiers because of them being completely bind to his will, he doesn't have to deal with the scenario of his Edos breaking away from their contract and possibly turning on him. Which to me makes Orochimarus a better alternative to use in battle.

yeah he did that to madara but made madara still attack and defend so madara didn't have a free will until his soul was being released and so he took that opportunity to restore himself and break free xd

Welcome! And I agree. Free willed Edos make for more powerful and creative fighters, but we've seen just how bad that can turn out.

i personally believe that Kabutos edo tensei is better because of the fact that he can control massive amounts of people at a time unlike orochimaru, srry bout my last post

I agree to a point but we also have to think about the possibility that if Kabuto had not been in the Izanami and he was releasing EDO and Madara tried to break it he could have just taken complete control and stopped him. Kabuto might not have been able to stop Madara from releasing the summons but we do not know because he is out of the fight. However would it not be really awesome if he comes out of Izanami at the perfect time to stop Madara from breaking the EDO release? Of course then we would have massive postings about how Kishi trolled everyone.

He actually has a point, would be better if there was some hint to Oro knowing this and thus not using as many edo's or giving them freewill, ect. +rep
