I arrive on a boring grassy plain, green grass almost no trees around in mid-day. I keep my hood up to avoid the sun and keeping my vision single. Focusing right in front of me. I see a cocky looking man, standing in front of me with a sort of crooked smile on his face. I avoid looking deep into his face as I fear it would lead to something... undesirable. I began to examine the man's weird stance as he stood there. So.. You do know what the outcome of this battle with be right? I wait for the man's reply.

Description: A special ninja tool created from the hardest metal, in the shape of a diamond crystal, three inches in thickness and 3 inches in length. These sharp pendulums are attached to a thick wire and with high conductivity wire mechanism that is worn on the wrist and forearm. The user wears two of these mechanisms, one on each arm. The user channels their lightning chakra through the mechanism to be able to launch the pendulums; the wire can reach up to mid-range. And using the lightning chakra the pendulums are very fast and are extremely maneuverable being able to launch faster than one can throw a kunai/shuriken and can make complex turns on a dime, zig zag, and can retract back to the mechanism as fast as they are launched. The user can be recognized that they are using the pendulums, because when channeling their lightning chakra sparks can be seen flashing around the users body. The pendulums vibrate due to the lightning chakra and can easily pierce the human body and rocks, or cut it if the user wishes by correctly angling the pendulum such as turning it the right way when launched.
-Only Raiton Jutsu can be used when Phantom Sparks are in use

It seems your stupider then you look. . At least that's what I would say if I didn't know your type.. And the 3 Tomoe Sharingan at that, it seems your the "adult" of the Uchiha clan. I make air quotes as I say these words. This wont be an easy match. But I am really surprised, you took on the chance to fight without even a reason. You love the thrill just like I do don't you...! I take down my hood revealing my face, and running my hand through my hair with my eyes closed. Then revealing my one tomoe sharingan and carefully observing the man's chakra. You're just lucky enough to have found a master for a clan's Doujutsu. . . But i'm not worried. . . That just means you have been able to through the stress of battle... Me.... I am never stressed. I preform one handseal while focusing on the man and spew out a barrage of fiery dragon heads, that open their mouth to devour their foe. Die you cocky rat!

Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in addition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.

Izaya listens as the boy with white hair speaks but he decides not to reply. He keeps staring at him with a smile, waiting to see what this boy will do. The boy then removes his hood and showcases his one tomoe sharingan, but he gets annoying as he starts talking about how lucky Izaya is blah blah but then, the boy performs a hand seal, this means that the boy will start a battle, die and make Izaya feel really bad. Seeing as he releases some fireballs in the shape of dragon heads towards him, Izaya performs a single hand seal, which allows him to gather a large amount of water chakra in his mouth. So he releases from his mouth a large amount of water, the water is so large that it covers a large amount of the area in front of him, this should be enough to cancel out the fireballs shaped as dragon heads and still continue towards grandpa in a weaker state (B-rank). Should the massive waves of water hit grandpa they should push him backwards but also cause some injuries.

The man was obviously trying to spite me, he was trying to hear what I was saying. Tuh, that's okay. I'll bring you off your high horse faster than you can blink. I quickly unsheathe my sword under my cloak and slide it down my arm until the hilt grip was in my hand. The man had blocked my Katon technique with a wave of water, that expelled them in a steam and continued toward me. I have to keep sight of him. I wont underestimate him that's for sure. I quickly swing my sword from left to right launching a crescent slash of wind that cuts the wave and half revealing the man's person once again. I calmly and swiftly calculate my next attack. No. That's not going to work. Not doing that... Ah! I smirk. So tell me. How do you plan to get out of this one. " Your Highness". I then swiftly weave Boar → Ox hand seals and slam my hand on the ground focus my chakra below the man forcing it to spiral in on itself and the immediately materializing a great body of water above his head to further aid in the crushing and drowning process. Who higher now, Ehh!

The moment grandpa becomes visible, Izaya makes eye contact with him, while at the same time he performs a hand seal, fake but he does this to make his technique look legit and sends his chakra onto him placing him under a illusion. Under this illusion grandpa should believe that his body is made of paper and is burning. This should stop whatever he has planned and should allow Izaya to continue his assault. After placing his opponent under his illusion, Izaya sends his chakra into the ground, below his opponent and causes five rock pillars to quickly rise from the ground, one right underneath grandpa and the rest around him, should he move from his exact location, he should still get hit by one. Izaya then dashes towards his opponent and stands in short range of him.
