Ordinary school?

So there is ninja school but what about ordinary school? Is there one in Konoha? There’s gotta be one somewhere to train all the engineers, electricians, etc.

In the anime they confirmed there’s a regular school, some of the fodder academy students chose to transfer there after graduation.

Since you didn’t know that I should also add some kids go to the academy to learn basic ninja skills and/or their elemental affinity to get ahead in normal careers

Like water style for fighter fighters
Elect for technicians or power plant workers
Wind for delivery services
Etc.
