It's good. The humor is realer than most stuff you see on TV and gets downright weird at times. But it doesn't shy away from most things. Like the first episode the character gets 'pranked' (well more like told to eff off) with a bloody tampon hidden in her food when she insults the cook.
The plot is this: a sort of clueless upperclass woman has to go to prison because ten years before, when she just left college, she became the girlfriend of a hot lesbian drug dealer who used her to get money out of the country. She's convicted and sent to a year or so into a woman's prison, where she meets veeeery strange people, like the vengeful Russian cook with mob connections. Meanwhile, her fiance back home decides to use her time in prison to launch his journalistic career and even worse, her ex-girlfriend who got her into this mess? She's in prison with her.
It's a good show, I don't think my description does it justice.
