I agree it wasn't my cup of tea as they say. I watched about 4 episodes and gave up. Jenji Kohan is not my kind of show writer, I can't stand her dialogues. I was never a huge fan of Weeds either, if it wasn't for Kevin Nealon I wouldn't have made it as far in that show as I did.

From what I did see I liked Red and that was it.

Critics opinions are worthless, they typically love garbage and bash well crafted and structured shows/movies imo anyway.

Why are you being so defensive about her saying she thinks the show looks bad? People are allowed to have preconceived notions about things based on the material they like, this probably doesn't fit the genre she prefers. The real question is why are you so concerned whether she likes a show you like or not, you asked her opinion she gave it, why bother trying to persuade her?

I agree. The critics liked Pacific Rim, which was complete and total garbage. Who can trust anything they say?

That would be a question you would have to ask her. If I had to hazard a guess I would say she posted because she dislikes what she's seen and heard about the show and felt like sharing that she doesn't think it sounds intriguing.
