Which one would you prefer in battle?

allows the user to materialize a new body — typically by regurgitating it from their mouth — in a manner that somewhat resembles how a snake sheds its skin. After emerging, the user's clothing and injuries are completely restored, with even amputated limbs being regenerated. Whilst the technique has the additional advantage of potentially being extremely difficult to detect, its use consumes a great amount of chakra.

grants continuous, automatic effect that will heal any damage that the user sustains instantly without the need to make hand seals or even a conscious effort to activate the healing process as long as they have chakra left. The enhanced regeneration granted by this technique is rapid but is only in effect as long as the Byakugō Seal has chakra. The Strength of a Hundred Technique is similar in nature to its parent technique, which also regenerates the user's wounds via accelerated cell division grants.

Pick one.

Side note: But wouldn't it be dope if Sarada combined them.

oral rebirth would realistically leave you defenseless, and in high tier fights, you'd be set up for a totsuka, rasenshuriken, or whatever else blitz that can't be healed. creation rebirth is instant automatic healing that doesnt require chakra other than the seal you have stored up.

id take creation rebirth.
