Opinions on the naruto fanbase?

Well there just seems to be a lot of hate thrown around here. What are your opinions on the fanbase? Do you like them or do you rather prefer just not to be involved with them? And I'm talking about the fanbase as a whole not the actual character Naruto. This is just my opinion, but the fanbase has seemed to make me not enjoy naruto as much as I used to because of all the 'plothole' accusations and err its just so frustrating, but what are your views?

I hate it when they try to make naruto the next sage, i think to my self "isnt naruto good enough for you? wth, why do you want to make him a completely different character.

I still enjoy Naruto the same amount, it's just that people are so touchy.. I choose to come on here to discuss the manga, I could easily find another site or no site and still be happy just reading the manga. Nothing will change how I view the story. No fanboys or trolls will ever take my love of the series away.

As far as the base in general goes.

My time on here is great when I find forums or make one where people respect an opinion rather than bash it for being different or the opposite of what you think. But that is rare. It's annoying and frustrating because some people that do this are people that should be controlling the bashing, hate, and trolls.

A few fans are ok but a lot of them just give bad rep to the character itself.I tend to ignore the fanboys but its hard to avoid them when they're on every thread posted nowadays.

The fanboys provide excitement its like the akatsuki on Naruto. If Naruto didnt have the akatsuki it would be kinda boring. Lol
