Opinions on the direction of the manga so far

Hello everybody, long time no see. Just wanted to know your thoughts on how good the manga is doing right now.
I myself am not too happy with how much ninja tools are prevalent in the manga. I think it destroys the brand name of the ninja that part 1 had established for a long time. I also think theyre keeping us in the dark for too long with the whole kara and curse seal/kawaki plot. Some characters like Ao were in and out without much backstory as to why he joined Kara, why he turned evil, how he survived. Characters like mitsuki/konohamaru/sarada are all filler and thrown under the bus to make boruto be the only super hero with the superpower capable of fighting kara. it basically feels like the whole naruto "you are the chosen one" theme again where he's basically born and fated as the next world hero although the first half of the series was about NOT being like his dad. curious for your thoughts and opinions on the manga so far

I think it is okay, it has my curiosity, but I am hoping they don't go back to having hundreds of fillers. Naruto was great but in the end the fillers killed the story line....at least for the anime

I'm feeling more or less the same. They're dragging the Kara mystery way too far for starters, and they seem to be gambling with the plot hoping as they go along they will figure out what do with it and where the Otsutsuki fit into all of it, which is about as good as anything of the long term not planned for.

Boruto seems okay as a character now but they have been jeopardizing him at failure moments, Sarada needs to get away from Team 7 altogether they're holding her down, and Mitsuki wouldn't go wrong either avoiding Boruto's perfididity in spot dominance.

I'm not too happy about the tech prevalence either and I probably never will as the ninja aspect of this series was what initially drew me into it, I would of thought that it would be there for supplementing purposes but it's seemingly going to take over and cause the halt of hand sign weaving. I'm basically now in for planet busting powers and more handouts if Kodachi will follow in the footsteps of his precedessor, and Sarada awakening her powers and seeing how powerful she will be in the future, I'm also just as interested finding out where Mitsuki's path will lead him and Boruto's as well as much as it's been shitty and forced.

It’s interesting i like the whole kara thing and i’m always looking forward to whats to come

Not a good manga the plot is obvious, we have a clone(Boruto) who's as boring and poorly written as they come. The introduction of tech was interesting but the way they did it was wrong imo. Overall 1-2/10
