I agree with alot of this. I think Naruto should get either a 4/4.5 in ninjutsu, 4.5 in genjutsu since someone like Uchihas are more adept and versatile in genjutsu and Naruto isn't as adept as them, he just has the potential to use one powerful one. I think Kakashi should get a 4 in speed. I agree with the rest.
