Sakura started out really good in shipuuden and she does have useful skills..kishi just doesnt focus on it much...

tenten. no backstory, no last name, no real unique personality and no unique powers. she got the fan for a second then dropped it after nearly dying.

sakura is a lead heroine and one of the best medics in the manga, as well as one of the most physically powerful in the whole manga. if you mean useless in battle, still no because sakuras very intelligent and observant (predicting sasoris movements by watching his fingers, playing dead in order to destroy 3rd kazekage), powerful (shattered several puppets, killed a centipede in one hit, incapacitated a zetsu wo absorbed some of nejis power with one elbow from behind, shattered a huge stone door that was the entrance to uchiha hideout, causes earthquakes) and fast (trained in evasion, has a higher databook rating in speed than hinata). shes won fights. tell me a single fight hinata or tenten won.

Sakura has been saved by naruto so many times because thats the romance in the story..Boy protects Girl..I think the Sakura character is good but again i think Kishi began only to focus on Naruto and Sasuke..

Tsunade can heal whole village at the same time.

Then die from it and failing to kill the enemy. But Tsunade isn't the most useless, her healing is useful. I would vote Sakura, there are plenty medics around who don't cry and try to fight the enemy but only get in the way.

Sakura has been more usefull than Ino, Hinata and Tenten put together. Sakura is one of the best medic nins out there, only becuase of her help Sasori was taken down. Like Chiyo said, Sakura is one of only few girls which chivalrous spirit can be matched with those of men. Even Sasori, the enemy, aknowledged it.
