Fearing for your wellbeing is a major reason, smarty pants. Go on a vacation to morocco, Egypt, India, (or wherever) as a female and you can't help but feel like you're in danger. And that is not the case if you switch gender in such situations.
I can't speak on other countries since they have different laws than America, and I never been there.

So like should female murderers punishment be less since the threat happens less as opposed to male murderers? How about sexual crimes? These instances happen, and the punishment varies greatly and some argue that *** effects these outcomes.

Yeah I heard of that case. For the most part, society judges men harsher than women, which is why certain organizations are trying to pass more laws to protect men in rape cases. I think the no means no clause in California was one to edit the yes means yes clause about agreeing on ***, which is half of the battle in rape trials/cases.

At bold: And how is that equal? Lol
I still think people know these gender differences/inequality but they have been so rooted into society that it is ignored/accepted unconsciously.

Honestly there has been a gender divide since the early days of time, and feminist should be proud of the strides they are making.

Lol america has the highest rape rate and you're talking about these countries lmao @ you
I mentioned a few places in which young and old men flock towards a woman like hyenas and catcall or touch without consent. And I added (or anywhere) so your point is invalid.

There is another double standard against men, sure. But again, it's not that big of a deal. What's a big deal is the rising rape culture in the west and in eastern sects in which teenage girls are gangraped by fellow villagers, instigated by the elders for punishment.
In the us, media sympathizes with rapist boys that ruined their lives themselves but utterly crushed the victim's life. And then shockingly, the media and some people of the community in which the rape cases occured blame the victim for her outfit or whatever. It's shifting the blame and turning a blind eye to the core of the issue..which is the deliberate promotion of objectifying women as a prize in the media. That itself serves a higher purpose but I won't go into that.

Well like I said before, I'm not from those countries or even caught up on whats happening there, so there is not point bring those up when America itself is having these problems (I'm assuming your american Zzz).

Not sure where you get that media sympathizes with rapists. I would like to see/hear more on when/how this happened, since one of the core reason of rape is being forced or not (consensual or not).

Although the issue with rape and the treatment of men/males is a big deal, some men end up serving decades in jail for accused raped just because the woman thought so. Some case/trails didn't have DNA even, yet the male was still railroaded into prison, an innocent man was sent to prison. What makes matter worse is that once they (falsely convicted males) are set free, they are not entitled to direct compensation.

The rape case I mentioned was pretty big news in the u.s. Not too long ago ._.
And no, I've never set foot outside the Miami airport omw to the carribean island Curacao where my parents grew up.
Never been in the u.s.

Anywho, what you just mentioned Is tragic and certainly a double standard. I think it mainly addresses the flaw of legal justice. By law, the police and lawyers work for the govt. And not any citizen.

Infantile and ignorant thread. Erroneous generalizations and ill-education is strife here. I suppose though, children will be.

And the male counterpart is called "Masculism".

Lately the feminazis have been quite ridiculous I can give you that. Especially on their favorite social network, tumblr. But masculism is stupid. Ok there might be some (very few) cases where females receive special treatment and this might sound unfair but as a whole men have no problems whatsoever in society as far as their rights are concerned compared to women. Except if you live in some resorted island populated by amazons and yourself that I don't know of.

Of course I do not expect from the OP who can't even use the proper term for what he refers to to understand anything and I wonder why members that I consider logical even tried to talk sense into him.
