His powers were unique there's no doubt about that, his hot headedness was his biggest weakness though, if he were more of a reserved/quiet fighter he would have been a lot more dangerous.

Underrated, Had a shit load of potential, If he was still in Iwa he would have definitely became the strongest tsuchikage ...

People forget the kid was only 19, and Had trained himself to have a solid counter to just about all non ms genjutsu, and created one of the most deadliest jutsu's in the manga (c4) , if he had aged to his prime (45 or so) you can imagine what else his creativity would have invented

in the manga tobi said that one of the past names of the ten tails was deidara and also he has the similar ability like the so6p to give life to his creations deidara FTW
