Azriel had been lazy of late. His efforts had been placed in conning his new apprentice into supplying his bad drinking habits. Yet, here he found himself face to face with an eloquent individual seeking confrontation. Draining the last of his flask, he cast it aside as his eyes changed to that of the Byakugan (passive). Following the change of his eyes, he drew his staff from his back, striking the ground initiating his attack.

From the ground behind his foe, several chains shot up of solid, black steel with cuffs at their ends. These cuffs attached themselves to his foe. One to each ankle. One to each wrist. One around the neck of his foe. These chains dragged his foe to the ground, landing on their back with a thud.

Description: The user does 2 handseals (Bird+Ram) focusing chakra beneath the opponent, shaping the ground into several (up to 5) shackles that shoot up to grab the enemy. The shackles are linked to chains that remain connected to the ground. Once they grab the opponent, the user can clap his hands, forcefully pulling the shackles and chains to the ground, effectively pinning the opponent to the ground, restrained by the steel chains.

Description: The staff was forged by a smith from long ago, Fëanor, one of the first known steel users. Being such a gifted user of steel he made an excellent smith as he could find the perfect ratio of iron to carbon to create the strongest tempered steel. This weapon was personal to him, and so he forged it infusing it with his own blood, using the iron within to create the steel to have his chakra within it. The staff draws on the user, causing them to use an addition 10 chakra for their steel jutsu, but due to this the user's steel techniques gain a +20 damage bonus/+1 defensive rank if a technique without a damage value.

The staff being made of steel allows the user to use it as a source for steel jutsu. The staff can be passively manipulated by a steel users to alter its shape to form unique weapons. They can change the end into a blade for the use of kenjutsu attacks or even reshape it into a fan or spear. This costs 5 chakra to reshape.

A unique ability of the staff is known as "Gothmog". With this it will seem as though blades of steel are peeling away from the staff itself, fuelled by the users chakra (40). With this the user creates a swarm of thousands of steel blades that they control through movements of their staff. These blades can be used for attack or defence being S rank in strength (80 damage). The user can create anything from swarms of slicing blades to even line the blades together to create shields or platforms as long as they remain in contact with the staff to do the motions. This lasts up to 3 turns max. Controlling the blades after the first turn counts as one of the user's three moves per turn. It costs 40 chakra to activate Gothmog and then drains 10 chakra per turn to maintain the control of the blades.

Following his binding of his foe, Azriel would perform a couple of handseals causing it to rain a black substance that would begin to form a layer across the field:

Description: Calamity of Atlantis is a technique that causes it to rain down with gunpowder the size of regular rain droplets, taking command of the skies, it will require the user to perform a single hand seal, while then it will appear as if black rain is falling across the area, or simply in specified areas of the battlefield, the sky having turned black from above. These pebbles of gunpowder will continue to fall upon the field and at the user’s discretion, he can cause the pebbles to explode, creating what will seem like an endless chain reaction of explosions, never losing its potency as it continues to rain and explode [A-rank damage]. Of course, if any form of energy-based techniques is used like lightning, fire or energy-based techniques, it will cause the pebbles to react and begin a chain reaction of explosions with severe results. The chain reaction of explosions will occur for as long as the rain is falling. In addition to the fact that it prevents energy-based techniques usage, the rain of gunpowder can also be utilized as a medium for other gunpowder-based techniques. In addition to the fact that it can be utilized as a medium for gunpowder techniques, if the rain is falling and other gunpowder based techniques are utilized, the pebbles of gunpowder that falls will either add to the strength of the explosion or it will attach itself to the moving projectiles or creatures created by gunpowder [Adding a total of +20 to other gunpowder techniques up to A-rank, +10 for S-rank and above].

Faye and Caution both sighed after observing her opponent's eyes undergo a transformation she was familiar with. As he equipped his staff and struck the ground, causing vibrations that typically signaled an impending subterranean assault, Faye swiftly clenched her calf muscles, shedding her leg weights as in a nimble leap, she soared three meters into the air, deftly avoiding her adversary's impending strike.

Description: A basic automated clamp designed to read the electrical input of muscles contracting allowing the user to simply flex in a specific way to release them. These clamps are integrated into Leg Weights to hold them in place. Allowing the user to simply flex their leg in a specific manner to passively release the weight gives them freedom of mobility. These clamps give no added bonus or benefit other than releasing the weights in a more versatile way, better suited for combat.

Description: A more movement based technique of Baria no Michi, where the user will dash towards the opponent and as they run, they will expel Wind chakra from their legs, creating tangible rectangular shapes of Wind, which acts as steps for them, allowing the user to go into the air. The user will then jump forward as they spin, and the user will release these already formed shapes towards the opponent, encircling them and slamming into the opponent from all sides, as the user drops down upon the opponent from above, delivering a final heel drop. In doing so, the user releases a small 1x1 rectangular Wind shape, from his heel, onto the opponent's head for blunt damage. Alternatively, these steps can be used as an evasion method, allowing the user to create these steps from the barriers, and use them to move around an opponent for example, or over an obstacle, only to release the barriers towards the opponent once done.

Description: Shojun no Hel is perhaps the most essential technique throughout the House's epitome of techniques. The jutsu is based on the use of the generic Genki which whom traverse between the Pure and Impure Realms, a.k.a into our 'dimension' per se. Through the conviction of the user, and a sacrificial portion of chakra, depending on the strength of the Genki, and the Rank within the House of the user, they will forcefully be able to persuade the Genki to do their bidding. Now this can be used in a various amount of ways, essentially by bending the savage spirit in it's else deformed mass of ethereal spiritual energy, the user is capable of forming 'constructs' of ethereal energy throughout the field through hand motions or else body movements. These constructs carries a certain color of Kūki no Yōna depending on the user, upon materializing in the desired area of the user's choice. On top of that, the constructs are either flame-like or solid in the appearance, thus adding for versatility. Once the sacrifice have been made the user can freely without further payment manipulate the Genki, with the only cost being spending a move. Being hit by a Genki will either do nothing (if the spirit decides to not take a tangible form), or produce kinetic, physical damage (if he takes physical form). In this case, the Genki still has the ability to select which matter he will interact with, though that is not true for energies, as per the clan description.
Note: This technique can only manipulate one genki at a time.

Closing in on her opponent, Faye concentrated xenon energy into her clenched fist, preparing to unleash a potent explosive shockwave that would forcefully repel him up to a distance of five meters. The blunt force generated by this attack had the potential to break his sternum and ribs upon impact, simultaneously leaving him gasping for breath in its wake.

Description: Explosive Air Palm Thrust is a powerful technique, which can cause heavy damage to opponents with ease. One would often get this technique confused with an Taijutsu technique. The user generate a tremendous amount of Xenon into their fist, then once formed the user will thrust their hands forward creating a powerful explosive shockwave of xenon. This technique is able to disperse or break techniques and even repel them up to 5 meters away. The blunt damage from this attack, can easily break bones if it connects to somebody body, while even knocking the wind out of their body.

Note: The user can only use this burst of wind to push objects weaker than it is. If the object is of equal strength or greater, it will break said object or fail.
