Mimi found herself in a gladiator arena before she knew it. All that wandering around got her here, of course... Why, why, why... She of course was pitted against an opponent the moment of arrival. She had absolutely no urge to fight. She kinda just wanted to blast a hole in the entire part of the arena in front of her and walk out but what the heck... She figured she would have some fun.
Who stood before her was a tall, handsome man. She had to batter this visually pleasing individual? A shame, really.
"So I guess the goal here is to fight each other, yes?" Mimi asked. She saw the chakra flow of her opponent with her Byakugan as soon as she activated it. "Mm. Yes. Nice and milkable." she said to herself but probably loud enough to where her opponent could hear. Without further ado, she weaved a handseal and focused her chakra all around the arena. Everyone eventually fell asleep. The opponent would see feathers falling and perhaps get drowsy and fall asleep like the rest of the spectators. She could not milk any of them if they were not asleep as it would be quite painful while awake. She then took flight and flew within short range of the opponent and landed, releasing her chakra into the ground and around the opponent as soon as her feet hit the ground, making a barrier in which he shouldn't be able to escape. Mimishiki then watched as the man should be falling asleep any time now.

Angel would once again be back at the gladiator arena he had become some what of a local hero for competing with all the other fools that has brought themselves before him and fallen. though the way the figured appeared she bore a resblence to other foes he thought and they had interesting and varied justu and ability's. Angel handsome face would glisten in the light and his blonde hair with sway with the gentle breeze of wind as it passed building up a little tension as the woman spoke, Mimi stood before asking the purpose of this it was indeed to fight "Please dont tell me your all looks and no brain this wont be fun at all..." Angel would spout out his mouth as he formed into a grin. He would look around and see the crowd lively waiting for them to begin the battle, Angel was about to begin his attack when feathers began to fall from the sky. He would be weary as to where they appeared from and if they was apart of his foes justu, Looking at his surrounding's Angel would see that the crowd has falle asleep while him himself had the sudden urge like he was tired and drowsy.

Ah, this one had spunk to him as he released the genjutsu fairly easily and quickly, surprisingly enough to Mimi. Of course, he was already on the offensive, and Mimi could see him gathering the necessary chakra so she knew something big was up. He shot a devastating fireball towards Mimishiki however she didn't miss a beat and kept flying and gathering the necessary chakra inside of her body. She then kept flying towards the opponent while spitting out a water torrent that quickly formed into a wall that would extinguish the flames right then and there. Her flight technique was ferociously fast, moving past the clashed techniques and appearing in front of the man and landing right there. She focused her chakra beneath the ground on which the opposing shinobi stood as soon as she landed and hollowed it, making him fall into a pit that would probably cause minor damage as it was only 10 feet deep. She looked down into the pit and spoke. "You are very aggressive. You don't act as handsome as you look." Mimishiki stated ever so disappointingly.

The hollowed spot can range to a max of 15 feet wide, and the length up to thirty feet as well, so fairly big. This technique does not fill the area with water, the user will need to use a separate jutsu to do so.

Angel would see Mimi counter the fire easily producing a large amount of water around without a source Angel quickly pondered this and knew the woman would have more capable capability's, she would continue to carry onwards towards him directly she especially bold didn't hide and have an big ego to along with it she wasnt just pretty looks after all Angel would think as she appeared in front of him a pit would form and Angel begin to fall Angel would gather his charka and making one handseal his tongue would grow and expand shooting out lighting fast and wrapping around Mimi while also retracting him out the pit to fly past over Mimi as his tongue would still be wrapped around her entire body restricting her making seals and moving. He would undo his tongue as his momentum at the top preforming a flip to return facing Mimi. When his tongue was retracted and using the momentum from his flip he would press off his left leg being less then a meter away from each other and use his right leg bent so his knee would smash into her stomach at full force causing her head to bend over in pain as Angel lands a vicious elbow to her neck knocking Mimi unconscious Angel would then shoulder barge her forward into her own pit dropping down unconscious if his move lands.

This technique allows the user or a toad to release their tongue out, extending its width and length drastically, shooting out of their mouth at intense speed, like when a frog attempts to catch a fly with their tongue, a high speed reflexive movement. The tongue of both the user and the toads using it, have the unique toad characteristics, as they are extremely sticky and it is used to catch and wrap around the opponent. This would effectively render the opponent incapable of moving at all, due to the tongue wrapping around every single limb, while strangling them. To make this technique more lethal towards the enemy, the toads developed a unique property that allowed the toads and the ones who signed the contract to change the properties of their own tongue after having caught the opponent. This is done by the user releasing a wave of chakra through his tongue, which then causes the tongue that is wrapped around the enemy to change into the same flesh like substance as the one found inside the fire breathing toad, causing the tongue to swell up rapidly consuming the enemy while digesting them completely. Another ability of this technique may be that during the entire time that this technique is utilized, the tongue will release acidic stomach liquid from itself, similar to the one found in the Fire Breathing Toads Stomach, which corrodes and melts through human flesh and bone. Ha. The Otsutsuki was pleased to see how unique this human was. He was awfully versatile in his approach. She liked it. She listened as the man spoke and responded. "My cows would not be fond of your attitude." she said bluntly. She was restricted by the man's tongue rather quickly but no matter. She blinked, activating her reincarnation eye. Quite beautiful, but quite deadly. The man seemed like he had a nicer side but as egotistical as he was coming off, Mimi had to take it down a notch. She opened her eyes wide utilizing her Shōkibo reincarnation thrust and repelling everything around her within short range with a gravitation field. This would essentially blow the man's tongue to pieces and cause direct damage to him. "It should be harder to talk now." Mimi smiled and giggled.

Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for techniques above A-Rank for 5 turns.
Note: The technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. As its placed, a sealing formula spreads around the technique or the target, sealing it. This technique has been seen used with Sand ninjutsu, Earth, Water, Wood, Cloth Ninjutsu, etc but basically any technique in which you can apply the tags can be used. In the case of expert ninjas, the tags might even be incorporated into the restraining technique, with no need to actually manually place the tag or tags. Additionally, less experienced ninjas can find that throwing one or more kunais with the sealing tags attached at the technique which will trigger the same effect when the kunais stick on the technique. The man seemed to avoid Mimi's attempt at making the battle more simple yet more interesting. And although a little quicker, Mimishiki could track the man's every movement. She waved her right hand as the man approached with his little fancy wind, creating a bright green orb while waving her other free hand to where as soon as the man manifested to be able to attack he got pulled towards her, throwing him off track and making backing up or changing his mind futile. In one swift motion Mimishiki planted the puppet orb inside the man as soon as he manifested and got pulled towards her, giving her the ability to control him and get him to listen.

The wind tiger whiles intangible can combat intangible elements such as lightning, fire as well as other intangible techniques respecting strengths and weakness and if ramming the opponent in this intangible state causes moderate amount of cuts as it passes through the opponent, if ramming the opponent in its solidified form the tiger deals a massive amount of cuts plus a large bludgeoning ripping force as it rams the opponent and will also effect solid elements such as earth, water and others solid techniques.
The user spends an extra + 10 chakra in order to solidify the winds which only lasts a mere instant before returning to its original intangible state, the tiger is able to act on its own accord using the chakra the user previously spent as a fuel to maintain itself thus allowing it to move around the opponents defence if necessary. Additionally the tiger is able to let off a mighty roar of devastating cutting winds which holds A rank power however can only use this roar a limited number of times in order to maintain its own form.

The man tried to do something but no matter. She had control over him from the orb so any resistance was futile. She deactivated her mode, going back to normal and as the man tried to do whatever he thought he was going to do, Mimishiki jolted her hand towards the ground... Repeatedly... Completely interrupting anything the man tried to do as he was pelted onto his face several times, causing pain and disruption in any sort of chakra he was trying to form. By this time, the man's nose and lip were busted and bloody, face a little bruised but the handsome young lad would be okay. She stood him up after stopping all that nonsense he was trying to do and spoke yet again.
"Now that I have your full attention, what I was trying to do was train you how to become a real warrior. But you have a listening problem..." Mimishiki stated. "A wise man once told me, either you become the cow or the cow becomes you, hmmm..." she spoke in riddles. Angel would continue to try and resist Mimi strange justu she had complete control over his movements and she wouldn't stop talking seemed like she genuinely wanted to talk to him. though some of it didn't sit well with Angel but as his face was pummelling into the floor he didn't have much chance to do anything by forming his attacks. Angel would still resist for moments as Mimi would speak again 'HMMMM' "al..righ..t ill cease to hear you out momentary after all you have thwarted and bested my attempts thus far i definitely let my ego get the better of this encounter so... you was saying about being a real warrior ill hear and take into consideration what your about to propose?" Though the woman was just spouting about cows and being milked or milk. If they wasn't just in a heated battle between the two Angel would of took Mimi saying milking as a different scernio but that was in his fantasy's maybe she was just as weird and as fun as him? who would know;

It appeared that Mimi had finally gotten through to the man, which very much pleased her. He did not need to be milked after all. Rather, she would perhaps train him to milk. "Yes, yes." she replied. "You are indeed of great skill, Angel." she said. "My name was Mimishiki Otsutsuki, turned Mumushiki Otsutsuki after the faith of the Cow in which I had been reborn. I am not of this realm." she started to explain her cow religion to the man who was much more receiving of her twisted and tangled nonsense. She had read his mind through the power of the orb and understood that he no longer meant such ill and vicious intent. Even if he were to try to attack her after this in an attempt of violence, she would be able to react adequately. "I need this back." Mimi, with the waive of her hand, pulled the orb out of the man and it dissipated. This would not harm the man. He may not even feel it, but he was now free to do as he pleased. "The name I go by is Mumushiki Otsutsuki, the Cow Justice." she stated. "Your abilities are unlike any human I have ever seen. I love your moves, and my cows would like them too. However, you should indeed watch your tongue, or lack thereof." Mimi said stoically, pointing out the damage she had done to the man's tongue previously. "I will teach you how to milk. And I will also get you out of here safely if you can answer this question: would you rather be the milker, or milkee?" she asked and asked quite seriously, at that. This would perhaps determine this man's fate. Although Mimi wanted to save him from this horrible place as he had the utmost potential, it is not worth saving a milkee. Only a milker. Angels bloodied face would be battered from Mimi repeating smashing his face into the ground would hear her words 'you are a great warrior' he felt like she was the first to compliment though not many battles would take this turn where his foe wanted to talk; him thought this Mimi was a bit wacky but her power talk for her though she beared a striking resemblance two the other two opponents and her last words in that sentence was intriguing 'she is not of realm' this would be key intel for Angel as he knows these beings shared similar traits that being pale or white skin along with there visual prowess. Though it wouldn't take Mimi to delve into madness again and start talking about the cow who seemed like a god to her she may be crazy but she defiantly powerful more then Angel currently.
