Chelsea walked into the battlefield for her new opponent.
Nice to meet you there. It will be nice if you can tell me your name. Btw, seems like I am going to be your opponent for the day. Good luck, because I am not going to go easy on you.^^
Chelsea wasn't in a mood of further conversation as she started right off the bat, by gathering her suiton chakra in her hands and then slammed it on the ground to summon a massive amount of water just above the man in front of her at the height of about 13 meters. This water will crush right into your head and will leave you heavily damage due to the high pressure of the water.

Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

While you are busy in countering this massive attack from upwards, Chelsea starts off with the frontal assault as she gathers her wind chakra in her lungs and performs the ram handseal, inhales air and then sends a massive blast of wind that will come roaring at you from the front. This is tremendously fast, has good area of coverage and will level anything in its path, making it really difficult to counter.

Description: The user does the Ram handseal and inhales, kneading his chakra into his lungs, exhaling a huge blast of wind that levels anything in its path. Can cause major damage and requires a sufficient chakra level to perform. This large wind blast moves in tremendous speed and cannot be controlled. If the user gets caught in it, it will harm him also.

When you are busy countering this seemingly difficult combo, Chelsea waves the necessary handseals(water, secondary specialty) and suddenly chakra infused rain starts falling from the sky. This rain is linked to Chelsea's chakra can be used to detect opponent(although has limitations).

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Chelsea then nonchalantly stands there seeing you getting obliterated.
