The third kazekage was meditating in the woods as he spotted a ninja moving fast through the forest. The kazekage took no precaution and was readied himself for a fight. He put on his hellsing gloves and readied himself for combat. As the ninja appeared close enough the third gathered up chakra that he would release into the mind of his opponent and create an illusion, genjutsu after peforming a single handseal. It would be a simple one. The opponent would see infinite darkness while the rest of his senses would be left untouched and thus operating like normal. What made this illusion dangerous was the amount of chakra used to create it, making it hard to break out of.
As his opponent suddenly got blindfolded he looked all around and searched for the Kazekage, who just had started molding fire chakra through the kanji descriptions through his hellsing gloves. He then released a powerful amount of fire that would take the form of an orb that would be surrounding his opponent in all directions(except under him) thus making the opponent being in the middle of the fire orb. The fire would be hot enough to roast the flesh of the opponent and the orb would also shrink inwards. Sorta like a balloon that looses all it's helium. This jutsu would be fueled with 30 chakra points making it an A-ranked attack.
Lastly the third would gather up magnetic chakra and create a field of magnetism under his opponent. The magnetic force would drag along iron sand and cause it to violently erupt under the opponent. The blast would be extremely forceful and knock the opponent skyhigh into the air. About 15 meters. The stream of the iron sand emerging would have a radius of 5 meters. The impact itself would damage the opponent severely as the falling damage would also take a huge toll. The remains of the iron sand stream would then pile up on the crushed opponent like a pile of sand that could be used as a source of iron sand in future moves.

Standing before the former Kazekage, Neji would first channel a substantial amount of chakra into his eyes. When this happens, his Veins in Neji's temples would bulge around his eyes; indicating that Neji had activated his Byakugan. Upon activating his visual prowess, the Hyūga soon found himslef in a world of darkness. He did notice the Kazekage weave a hand seal however, before the evergreen forest clearing transformed into a light-deprived void; Thus, Neji suspected that he was in a genjutsu. Almost immediately, he begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As Neji is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Neji is finished gathering Raiton, he releases it as a free-flowing surge of electricity that releases him from the Kazekage's illusion.

As Neji would break out of the illusion, he easily notices his opponent release several orbs that would come from all sides. This didn't bother Neji at all, however, and he simply gave a smirk. Before the firballs would hit him, he spreads his arm like a bird & uses his body to create momentum and starts to spin rapidly. While doing so, immediately, Neji pushes chakra out of all his 361 tenketsu and then begins to spin faster and faster creating a powerful, large-scale dome shield. As the shield is still up, it stops the surrounding fire orbs and repels them with ease. He would also repel the incoming iron technqiue from below.
Right when he would stop spinning, Neji would throw down a flash bomb, which effectively blinds the former Kazekage; and after doing so, he leaps 6m upwards. Airborne, he begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra while weaving the one necessary hand seal. As Neji is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning. When Neji is finished gathering Raiton, he releases it and uses shape manipulation to create five, dense lightining disks. He would then hurl the disks at great speed and they electrocute the blinded Kazekage upon contact.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

You could've kinda described why you would use such a powerful jutsu to release yourself from my genjutsu as it seemed like you had no idea how strong my genjutsu was. It could as well have been a D-ranked jutsu for all you'd known, and you'd not use such a strong technique against such. Just a heads-up imo >_O. I also think you need to post the All-Seeing eye even if you passively activate it. Also you didn't break out of my genjutsu as an A-ranked elemental jutsu doesn't work on more than B-rank and less. You'd have to use an S-ranked elemental jutsu to break out of my A ranked genjutsu.
The third noticed how his enemy had activated a dojutsu seemingly used in the konoha village that the third was allied with. It was the byuakugan that the Hyuuga clan from Konoha inherited. The kazekage did not know much of it's potential though other than it had similar abilities that of the sharingan. Who also came from Konohagakures Uchiha clan. The third saw the Hyuuga trying to break out from the genjutsu by spiking a surge through his body. It wasn't enough however and the genjutsu was still upon him.
The third noticed his opponent creating a shield of seemingly raw chakra and a powerful one because it was enough to cancel out the fire orb that the third had generated through his Hellsing gloves The Hyuuga remained blindfolded though. As the the Hyuuga would stop his rotation, The third continued with his iron sand move however and seemingly struck the hyuuga in a violent way. It would shred the Hyuuga to pieces.
"What? Already? Noob.."
As a response to the lifeless corpse under the iron sand, the third gathered up a huge amount of fire chakra through his gloves and casted away a huge fireball that had the shape of a butt. It would then collide with the pile of iron sand that had buried the Hyuuga and create a maelstorm of raging fire that would cause the surrounding trees to catch fire and burn. The fire would be channeled with 40 chakra points, making it an S-ranked jutsu.
"Well it was fun while it lasted"..

What fireballs? I said that i used the gloves to create one big orb that would surround you and practically imprison you from all angles except ground. This doesn't make any sense..
